Rooms feature timber flooring, wooden furnishings, air-conditioning, 32-inch LCD TVs, and en-suite bathrooms. Breakfast and all-day fruit juice and tea/coffee are included. The hotel is close to the Central Business District, shopping, and dining amenities.

Location is good, but there is no microwave to heat food and the sheets have an odor.

The location in old Hanoi is nice, but the advertised breakfast isn’t served at the hotel; you have to go 150 m to another hotel for a terrible breakfast.

The location is perfect, and the balcony is a real bonus; the staff are friendly and the breakfast is very good.

The staff are great, especially the woman who works the night shift as receptionist and sometimes handles cleaning – I’d give her a 1000 for being attentive, committed, and super helpful, the best part of the hotel. The interior rooms weren’t what I expected.
