The breakfast was awful, with only "three vanilla" options, and the vibe from the moment we arrived was bad: the boiler was off and the pool was cold. They can't even handle off‑season guests, so shut down. From the start we had to pay half the deposit and the invoice A was never issued. I was like, “Uff… I’m not going to get warm,” yet we arrived and a cat was injured at the door: “Can you take it out?” “No… what do you want me to do??” The first floor was reached by stairs, and when I said “I have a knee problem,” the reply was “that’s the floor you chose.” My friend said, “You have the ground floor…” and if it’s more expensive I’ll pay. The whole thing was a disaster. Below the room there was a grill for the neighbor, which was beautiful, “we enjoyed the barbecue,” but the smell was overwhelming.
