The spot is great and close to the metro.

The location near the Salvator Rosa metro and the air‑conditioning are positives. The ground‑floor room faces the sidewalk and street, so car noise is loud and the windows aren’t sound‑proof. The hair dryer didn’t work and the toilet seat was misaligned.

The place has a great location, air‑conditioning, security, a TV and a spacious shower. However, there were stains on the bedding, a torn toilet seat, Wi‑Fi didn’t work, and communication with the host was poor.

The apartment was very clean, fully equipped with essentials, and only 100 m from the metro, making entry easy. The shower had low pressure and the mattress was very hard, causing side aches when we woke up. Another issue was discovering at the room entrance that we had to pay the owner €5.50 per night per person as a tourist tax, adding €22 to the final price for two nights and two people—something not disclosed during booking.
