This spot is perfect if you want to escape the city and soak in nature. You can hike on the property, there are two small dams and two waterfalls—one of which you can swim in. The farm grows its own vegetables and has the usual farm animals. The surrounding valley has a charming little village not too far away, and you can easily hike or mountain‑bike in the nearby forests. It’s very quiet and everyone is friendly. Note that it’s self‑catering, so bring your own food and drinks (tea and coffee are available). A town 15 minutes away has everything you need. If this is the kind of break you’re after, it’s a 10/10. The only downside is that there are no supplies on site, so you need to prepare ahead of time.
