I was disappointed with the room—it didn’t match what I booked at all, and the receptionist, a middle‑aged man, was rude, mocking, and aggressive. The overall attitude of the staff and the rooms were not as described, and the service was poor.

The shower designed for a handicapped person was very slippery and unsafe; the floor should have been safer.

“Comfortable Bed, Fair Price for a nice sized room”

The room was spacious and had everything promised, and the bed was comfortable, which is critical for a good stay. We parked very close and had plenty of mirrors and seating areas. However, the bathtub was disgusting—we only stayed one night and didn’t need it, but a phone call would have been appreciated. Gross! The lighting was dark and some bulbs needed replacement. The location was not near anything walkable; if you expect to walk to nearby attractions, that’s not the case. The “No Party Policy” with a $200 penalty should be clearly disclosed and detailed—if one non‑hotel guest stops by, is that a party? Are you just concerned about noise and mess?

The property could use some upgrades, especially the bathroom. I was comfortable, but again, some improvements are needed. I stayed in building 3 king suite.

“Spacious, clean, apartment-like lodging with friendly, responsive staff. Amenities a plus!!”

I love the size and functionality of this apartment‑like lodging. The swimming pool and complimentary breakfast are a plus! The breakfast was mostly refined carbs and sugary, and the bathroom needs updating.
