“Great Hotel and Location”

The place was spotless, the beds were comfy, and the staff handled a late‑night check‑in smoothly with clear instructions. It’s in a great spot, has plenty of parking, and the amenities were plenty. The only downside was a roller blind that let in light through a gap on the side; I’d expect a refurbished room to fix that.

“in a small town , with n ot a lot of choice it was quite adequate”

Quiet, decent size, and parking was fine. The building feels a bit old and needs some upkeep, but it’s still acceptable.

“A budget style accommodation, but adequate.”

The bed was comfy and the facilities were adequate, plus checking in after hours was easy. The synthetic bedding (doona, blanket) was uncomfortable in the heat; a cotton blanket would be better. Other guests who arrived in the middle of the night were noisy and didn’t respect sleepers.
