The hotel is set in beautiful nature in Wildenthal, but the key wasn’t left behind and we didn’t receive a message beforehand; it was only provided afterward, and we had to wait a few minutes.

We were absolutely thrilled by the friendliness of the whole team; it’s clear that gastronomy is a passion here! We felt right at home immediately and will definitely return. Both the accommodation and the kitchen are highly recommended. Thank you for everything! Please stay as you are!

We were lucky to still have food (though we had to do it before 16.00), and it was freshly prepared for us. We were welcomed kindly. The room isn’t really spacious. The beds are separate; putting them side by side isn’t possible because the room is too small. The bathroom tap is past its prime. Getting hot and cold water is a challenge; we have to watch our butt so we don’t burn it or get hit by an ice‑cold stream. The room is somewhat dated. When we go to breakfast we have to do it in a freezing hall. It feels like the heater isn’t turned on for two guests.
