Extended Stay America Suites - Redlands

Great service customer service everything overall was good just the traffic and people that hang outside in late hours is not good. People hanging outside in cars with music loud voices by my window they should have quiet time so people can rest.

The spot is decent, but the management is terrible—workers don’t keep it clean, and the place is falling apart. The staff is short and the service is awful. I hated everything; it was so filthy I had to book another hotel the next day, even though I was supposed to stay three nights here.

There was no breakfast offered. The hallway carpet looks stained and worn, and the chairs in the room are torn and discolored.

I liked how comfortable the room was, the facilities, and the staff, but I didn't like the noise.

The neighbor above was loud moving furniture; I understand the child has special needs, but I was trying to sleep and the noise from 12 am to 4 am didn't stop. They could have put us in a different room if that was the case.
