The place felt overall comfortable, but when I added the official Line contact nobody ever replied, so I had to go through the booking site and the replies were a bit slow.

Everything was spotless—the shared areas, the restroom, and the room all looked great and felt refreshing, and the futon let me rest well. I was grateful to be allowed to park my car as a courtesy this time; having a paid on‑site spot would be helpful, and a bucket in the bath would make it easier to stir the water or pour it over yourself.

They answered my pre‑stay questions quickly; I stayed during the Fuji Rock Festival and found everything very convenient.
“次はない”
The towels were wonderfully fluffy, yet the bath water was full of debris and hair and scalding hot, and there was no information about what to do with shoes once inside the facility, which left me confused.
“So nice, we slept well and love this place.”
It was fantastic, kept the traditional vibe, and the staff were lovely; the shared bathrooms with an onsen bath were amazing 🤩, and there was nothing to complain about.
