Breakfast and dinner both had a wide variety and everything tasted delicious. The “Romantic Dinner” especially featured ethnic music for just the two of us, making it a memorable meal. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, being in Bali, known for natural cosmetics, I expected the amenities to reflect that, and the shower had weak water pressure because the building is old.

The Ubut centre is very close, yet Maya feels like my own quiet and peaceful place. The customer service, food, cleanliness and everything else were brilliant. Must stay.

The view and plants were great, but I couldn’t access the tree bar.

The scent of the amenities was very pleasant, the water flow was excellent, and the location made walking enjoyable. But the check‑in took a long time, the restaurant service was not very good, small plates didn’t arrive quickly, drinks were slow to be taken, and there was nobody to call for help.
