Nothing, the beach we were looking forward to was unusable, with slippery stairs all the way down to the water. The room wasn’t what we booked; they wanted extra money to give us what we had paid for, and we had to accept what we received. I ruined the rest of my holiday by walking up the stairs, and the room was filthy. No cleaning happened any day, only once a towel was changed. The fact that what I booked didn’t match reality, while we were trying to contact you and you demanded more money, changed the pictures, so the ones that were there when I booked suddenly disappeared. I had taken a screenshot when I booked and showed them the pictures, they were still online. Five minutes later they were gone, and several people were watching the number.

The place is close to the sea, yet it doesn't offer a beachfront view and there's no actual beach—just water. The room had a bad odor and mold in the toilet. It got cold at night and we only had two large beach towels to bundle up in.

Die Lage. Es gab keinen Meerblick da alle Zimmer an einem Seitenweg liegen. Die Matratze ist sehr schlecht und komplett in Plastikk eingeschweißt. Es gab keine Bettdecken. Ich habe mir mit einem großen Handtuch geholfen und nachts gefroren. Eine dicke Ameisenstrasse vom Zimmer ins Bad und dort auch im Waschbecken und über die Armaturen. Obwohl ich meine Ankunft zwischen 21.00 und 22.00 Uhr angegeben hatte, war alles dunkel und niemand vor Ort. Mein Taxifahrer hat dort angerufen und ein offenes Zimmer genannt bekommen. Ich konnte nicht anrufen weil ich in Thailand nur eine Daten Sim hatte. Wäre er nicht dagewesen hätte ich Nachts ohne Zimmer dagestanden obwohl es bezahlt war. Ich habe die 2. bezahlte Nacht verfallen lassen und mir am nächsten Morgen ein neues Zimmer gesucht
