The location was great—easy to get to, and there’s a bakery and pharmacy nearby. Juliana handled everything quickly and with care. The rooms were a bit cramped; they’re fine if you’re just sleeping, but I was disappointed that some items I asked for at breakfast didn’t show up.

O hotel e muito bom gostei muito da acomodação, quarto aconchegante cama muito confortável, muito bem localizado! Funcionários prestativos! Limpeza impecável. E gostei do menu, café da manhã pontual! Voltarei caso venha pra SP novamente. Obrigada pessoal da recepção
