The room was nicely decorated and the whole place was clean. Breakfast was hearty and delivered right to the room. The location is far from the city center and there are few restaurants within walking distance.

The rooms were well kept, spacious, and spotless, offering great mountain views. Breakfast was brought to the room so I could sip my coffee on the balcony. The property sits on a quiet side street, with street parking or nearby street parking available. Check‑in and check‑out ran smoothly. Anna was a lovely and caring host, ready to help or give recommendations. I can wholeheartedly recommend this place!

The ability to check‑in until 23:30 and the owner’s phone support guided us step‑by‑step made the process smooth. The new building is well cared for in every detail.

The property has convenient parking, though getting there in a large car can be a bit difficult. The street is two‑way and often cars are parked on both sides. The room was very welcoming, clean, with an efficient bathroom and shower, air‑conditioned, and a balcony with a drying rack. In 5 minutes by car you reach the sea or the center. The breakfast, though varied, and the kind host Anna serve it in the room, which I feel is a bit too high‑level, especially when asking for something extra. Maybe bring croissants or cannoli from the famous local pastry shops; there are two in Avola that are extraordinary. Asking for a little more on the price would also help.
