The location was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food tasted good. In the economy cabins there were no coat hangers, and in the bathrooms the towels were missing.

We appreciated the warm hospitality in the spacious dining areas that offered fantastic views, and the hotel’s proximity to the ferry docks was very convenient.

The hotel was very nice and well maintained; we stayed in a large room and enjoyed a very good breakfast, so I would return. However, the building’s exterior was a dark grey that didn’t look attractive as we drove up.

The hotel’s position was a plus. The steep outside stairs were dark and lacked lighting, and one light was off in the bedroom; the shower was leaking. The staff were helpful once you found them, but no information was provided.
