The staff were very supportive, the place was clean and comfortable, and it was located in the center of Makleodganj, but there was a slight smell in the bathroom from the pipes; the staff fixed it by adding chemicals.

The staff were very friendly and the deluxe room was really beautiful and spacious with a wonderful view. We stayed in November and the room was pleasantly cool. We had to use the AC to heat it, but it worked well. In the bathroom, a heater would be nice so it doesn’t feel so cold after a shower.

The balcony offered a stunning view of the mountains and valley, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the central location kept us away from any noise. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was tasty, which made us want to stay longer. The only major drawback was the WIFI, which was practically nonexistent – the worst I've ever had on my travels. I hope they fix that for future guests.

Breakfast with a Himalayan view was great, and room service was very good. There was a hiccup at check‑in, but it was resolved without any problems. Hot water didn’t work well, so I had to use a kettle to heat water on three of the four days. Dogs next door were loud a few times at night.
