Super 8 by Wyndham Pigeon Forge Downtown

The location is great, and the lady at check‑in is always super nice.

“It was a nice relaxing stay.”

I loved the pool.

“It is close to everything & within walking distance to the Old Mill”

The location is great, but I struggled with the outlets—my curling iron wouldn’t stay plugged in long enough to heat up. We told the staff, and they said they’d come to fix it, but I was showering at the time.

“Nice definitely needs updates and better room service”

The spot was convenient, but the TV quality was poor, the room smelled bad, and when I asked for fresh towels I was told to leave ours out and that fresh ones would arrive—yet none ever came.

“We stay here every time we come to the area. Always clean and the staff is wonderful”

It sat right off the parkway, close to a handful of restaurants, and there were no complaints.
