“Avendo prenotato un albergo a 4 stelle e non una pensione mi sarei aspettato ben altro”

The staff were friendly and welcoming, but the double room was tiny, the bidet was literally stuck to the shower enclosure, the radiators were rusted like a chair leg, and the room stayed cold with no way to heat it.

The dining room was beautiful, and the breakfast and dinner buffets were great. The room’s décor felt old‑fashioned, though it was spacious but bare; the bathroom needs updating, and the shower doesn’t match a four‑star standard.
