Very well maintained and thoughtfully developed, with a classy feel and great accommodation. Nothing particularly stands out.

A stunning home that has been beautifully restored. The owner gave us a tour, pointing out improvements, antique furniture, and future plans. Staying at Martha’s was a highlight of our time in Lincoln. Breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed meeting other guests. We would definitely stay again. The only downside was that we didn’t have enough time to enjoy wine on the fantastic front porch.

The place felt more like a functional dorm than a welcoming home; the breakfast was barely there, and for the price I could have found a better stay elsewhere. The renovation of the house is beautiful, but it never felt like a bed‑and‑breakfast experience.

The property and its surroundings were safe and lovely, and Joan, the host, assisted us with check‑in and more. The location is steeped in history and charm, making it a fantastic place to stay, and I enjoyed chatting with other guests around the formal dining table during breakfast.
