“Will love to come again if there is a shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and back”

Breakfast was acceptable but lacked variety: only bread, tea, an omelette, egg, milk, and sugar; the internet was reliable. The staff, especially John the manager, were very friendly. There’s a swimming pool and a gym, but the pool is shared with Guims Sport Academy users, so I didn’t use it because privacy was an issue. Getting to the hotel was tough because the roads were in bad shape, but the management arranged transportation for me when I left.

The free airport pickup was punctual, the room was lovely, the TV worked after I tuned it, the toilet seat was realigned, and the hot water functioned well. Breakfast was nice and the Olympic‑size pool complex was shared with locals. After heavy rain, my room flooded through masonry that had previously shown paint damage. The hotel is far from the commercial part of town and the sites—8 km away—so you need transport, but the hotel gave me free taxis twice for trips to the bank and bus. Also, they only accept cash.

“Nous étions aux petits soins”

The staff were welcoming, the place was clean, they were available and responsive. Access was a bit complicated, but the staff’s attitude made up for that inconvenience.
