The staff member named Shan was very kind and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was very clean and comfortable. It’s a bit far from services, but Shan is available 24 hours if you need anything.

From the instant we stepped in, the staff went above and beyond; every request was handled with warmth and genuine care. The building itself is gorgeous, full of character, and our room was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop was a highlight—tranquil, peaceful, and absolutely delicious. We left feeling refreshed and already planning our return. Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved my stay at Colombo Water Front. It’s a beautiful, peaceful, and very quiet place—ideal for escaping city noise. The rooftop by the lake is amazing, especially at night. The food was delicious, and everything felt comfortable and welcoming. A special thank you to the host, who personally picked me up from the airport and drove me wherever I needed to go, showing incredible hospitality and genuine care for guests. I felt completely at home here. Honestly, nothing was wrong; everything was great and I really enjoyed my stay.
