“Very clean room friendly staff and lovely city”

The breakfast was delicious, the coffee was lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Nothing else to add.

“Un hotel muy bien ubicado y la atención es de primera”

Nieves was always very attentive to our requests, and the breakfast was delicious—especially the morning serrano bread, which was a marvel. We were given a room with three beds, which was perfect for us. However, our room faced the street, and on Saturdays the street was noisy all night. I have a heavy sleep, so I slept well, but my son, who sleeps lightly, woke up several times.

“Construcciones en madrugada, pero nos dieron facilidades.”

Everything was tidy, clean, and the service was good. The breakfast was tasty. The host was very helpful and understanding. Unfortunately, this was beyond the hotel's control; yesterday we had a bad night because of construction with an excavator, a dump truck, and everything until 3am. It was impossible to sleep, and I was pregnant, which made it extremely stressful. However, the host gave us a solution and offered a room away from the noise source, where we finally could rest. I don't blame them because they handled everything from start to finish and even extended our checkout. That's why I rate them as good. It's a shame that in Ayacucho such situations happen in tourist areas; we called the relevant authorities but did not get a solution from the Ayacucho-Huamanga government.
