I was pleased when Angela checked in with me and the service was excellent, though the pool felt quite cold.

The cookies were tasty and the staff were very polite, but the carpet in the room was badly worn and stained and needed replacement.

I could walk to several great restaurants and stores, the stay was quiet, the bed was clean, and the staff were friendly, yet the check‑in lady seemed overwhelmed and working alone during a busy period, the room carried a nasty food smell that I could not locate but Lysol helped, pillows flattened quickly, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom.

The lobby was welcoming and the pool was nice, but the pull‑out bed in the room was horrible, the toilet ran constantly, the cold water sink spigot was loose, I would have preferred a different room since I dislike adjoining rooms and the staff didn’t inform us at check‑in that we could change, and the door was very hard to open.
