I like the building’s vibe and the greenery, but it’s not very central and the 4 pm check‑in is inconvenient, especially since we were traveling from far away; when we asked if the room was ready, the young staff member seemed annoyed. All hotels have a 2 pm check‑in, so that’s definitely something to change. I also didn’t appreciate that we booked a family room but ended up with two separate rooms side by side with heavy doors, which wasn’t mentioned.

The room smelled bad, and I never felt comfortable because of it.

The facilities were excellent, the apartment was spacious, the location superb, and the grounds were beautiful. Nothing could have been better; it was fantastic.
