They never refunded my money, and I’m still upset about that.

They denied me entry even though I had a booking, charged me extra, and demanded double the money.

The worst hospitality I’ve ever experienced: a thin, dark‑haired man who claimed to be the manager knew nothing about treating guests or speaking politely. The rooms were filthy, and he didn’t bother to clean them; he even told me if I didn’t like them I could book somewhere else. Laundry wasn’t changed at all.
