“My stay was very bad and I lost my money”

The room was damp and humid everywhere – on the ceilings, walls, and the bathroom was disgusting and very damp, and the cleaning was poor. The photos I took when I booked the hotel suggested it was fine, but when I arrived and received the room, I discovered that the room was very bad and the hotel was also bad, and I lost my money.

“Will not repeat”

I was initially pleased with the hotel's proximity to Thamrin City, making it easy to get around. However, my stay was marred by several issues, including a dirty room, a non-functional shower, and a comforter that was in dire need of washing. The hotel also only accepts cash payments, which was inconvenient. Furthermore, the toilet and toilet area were not well-maintained, adding to my disappointment.
