Cafuné Rooms

“Perfect!”

Everything was perfect! We spent a week there, the common area was clean, we also received room service, and the cleaning staff were wonderful. The breakfast is amazing and is located a second from the accommodation. Andrea and Valeria helped us a lot during our stay, we communicated in English by message. We highly recommend it to everyone!

Easy to get in; we received all information early and were checked in several times! I left my wallet inside after checking out and 15 minutes later I had it in my hand! The show was a little stained and the low walls to the tall ceiling were weird.

The place is just a 10‑minute walk from Via Etna and the room was comfortable, but the cleanliness was lacking – the shower was completely clogged and I had to clear it myself before I could shower. The towel rack was broken and the minibar in the room was burnt out. The building is in a quiet area, but the first floor only has stairs for carrying luggage and the sound insulation is almost nonexistent. I’ve attached photos of the rooms.

The room was nice, but the overall condominium did not look great.

“Позитивный опыт”

The location was good, just 5 minutes from the fish market. Everything was very clean, the staff were friendly and helped us with phone‑based check‑in. Every day they asked how the vacation was going and if everything was fine. The room was cozy, had all the essentials, a TV with YouTube access, and a kitchen where you could find tea, coffee, and tasty waffles. I hope to come back here again.
