“Un soggiorno funzionale a Tokyo”
A modern facility in the Hatsudai neighbourhood, a few steps from Shinjuku and very close to the New Keio Line metro stop. No complaints about cleanliness: I found a tidy, nicely decorated room, a little more spacious than typical Japanese standards. The first night felt a slight tremor, but the building held up well. At the end of my stay, the owner agreed to keep one of my bags for a very good price. The shower system could use improvement, it feels a bit dated. Also, this was the most expensive accommodation I paid for during my entire trip to Japan. Cleanliness and location are clear, but the value for money is quite skewed, especially since there’s no cleaning service and no one comes to tidy the bathroom, change sheets, or replace towels during the stay.
