“Very few hotels on my must return to list, but this is one.”
We were celebrating our 44th anniversary and wanted to answer the last question, so we chose this place. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast was fantastic, the ladies at the front desk were very helpful, the parking lot was freshly paved, and the artwork around the property was creative. I loved every part of the experience, so there’s nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was good with many options, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were friendly with a 24‑hour front desk. Nothing to note otherwise; it was very comfortable and suited our needs for traveling around the Upper Peninsula.

The location was perfect for a one‑night stay, right across the street from the boardwalk and lighthouse. Everything was fine.
The property is about a mile walk from the local eatery, and there’s no ground transportation available on site.
