“A hot room in a hot city”

We've stayed many times and love the king‑bed room with sea view, everything was fine, but the room was too hot, no AC was turned on in April, so we were given a fan and a dehumidifier; the hotel claimed the room had AC, but it didn't, a false statement.

The hotel's outdated facilities were a letdown, but the breakfast was passable, albeit repetitive. The front desk staff could have been more patient and understanding. Overall, the hotel's value for money was lacking.

“The location is good, the restaurant inside the building is nice, but the facilities are not”
