Hilton Garden Inn Hattiesburg

The place was spotless, but the pool was not open during my stay.

The parking lot was too small.

“Terrible”

There was no manager to fix any problems, the app was down, phone lines were down, and they cited a global outage, yet they still canceled my reservation and charged me for a night because we arrived the next day. When they don't answer the phones and the app is down, how do you tell them you are still coming? We were homeless for the whole trip and no one could help at all – terrible.

Was told when checking in the pool would reopen that evening ,it never open the entire weekend. Its the only reason we booked this hotel. Room was hot when walked in. Call maintenance, they said it was blowing cold. each night we woke up hot. Maintenance comments was it was because of humidity. My answer was its midnight. I paid upfront for 4 breakfast meals only ate two and was charged again for another one

“Customer Service was trash!”

My bed was comfortable, but there was hair in the tub and on the bathroom floor, and they tried to charge me for breakfast that was included in my room.
