Shiragiku Hotel, located 8 minutes from JR Beppu Train Station, features indoor and outdoor hot spring baths, 4 restaurants, a beauty salon, and karaoke rooms. Traditional Japanese and Western rooms offer air conditioning, LCD TVs, and attached bathrooms. Some rooms boast private open-air hot spring baths. The hotel is 10 minutes from B-Con Plaza and 15 minutes from Hot Spring Hells.

Great onsen, great customer service. I book 2 types of room. Futon and western style. The western style the bed was not that great. The bed is quite soft. Not suitable for elderly

The onsen was great, but the shower spray was too harsh, the water pressure felt too high, and the fridge cooler could have been colder.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the facilities were excellent, and the food—especially the local specialties—was outstanding.

The onsen and lounge offerings are incredibly good. Occasionally the place isn’t clean, especially the beverage area in the lobby.
