Excellent, great experience.
The place was spotless and super comfy, giving me a perfect stay.
“Good value for money but parking was not there”
The room was clean, but there was no parking.

The hotel is clean, the furniture excellent, and close to the Haram, especially the men's gate, the visitor gate and the garden gate. Elevators do not delay and the bathrooms are clean. The only real issue is the lack of internet in the rooms (internet is only available in the lobby and the restaurant), which is a major and unjustified weakness; a yearly internet subscription costing no more than a few thousand riyals could cover all rooms for the whole year.
The upper floors were unavailable and there was no Wi‑Fi; the hotel didn’t offer parking while nearby hotels did, so my car risked being towed by traffic.
