I loved the design, the closeness to nature, and the room is very pretty.

A convenient stop on the way back to Nairobi, comfortable, clean, and the staff are very welcoming. The pool is gorgeous, and the fire pit during dinner was really nice. The park is beautiful – a lovely surprise. The only issue was that the family room was only for three people, which I didn’t realize when booking, so we had to pay extra for a room that could fit all four of us. The restaurant and bar are a bit pricey.

The location is perfect for nature lovers, the staff are very helpful, and the food is tasty, plentiful, and good. The places are right in nature. However, it deteriorates just as quickly as it can be cleaned, renovated, or repaired in the same amount of time.

Hunters Lodge is one of my all‑time favorite places to stay. The friendly staff, delicious food, excellent room, and beautiful grounds make for a wonderful experience.
