The lady was kind and helpful. The location is excellent, very central.

The best parts were the location and Elisa’s attentiveness as host; she was always ready and responded immediately to every concern. The room’s size, ventilation, and lighting were great, and the shower was spectacular! The only possible shortcoming was a missing pillow, but overall it was fine.

The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance! It was clean, easy to access, and communication was smooth.

The host was very helpful upon arrival and explained how the facility worked. The bed was very nice and comfortable, the shower was good, the place was spotless, and it was close to the centre and transport stops. Free bottled water was also provided. No negative points come to mind.
