I found the spot unbeatable – just a 4‑minute walk from the train station, from which Rome takes 15 minutes by train and the airport is another 15 minutes by bus. The host was very helpful and gave clear directions to the apartment. The room was spotless, came with a coffee machine and sweet snacks for a welcome treat. We happened to get a room with a window facing the stairwell, but it didn’t bother us for the single night we stayed.

I’d rate this place as the best I’ve seen; the host was incredibly helpful and, after a long trip from Catania, let us check in a few hours early. The apartment was spot‑clean and very comfortable to use.

We loved staying in a quiet, affordable area close to the train station – only a 3‑minute walk each day to catch a train to Roma Termini. There were great food spots within a short stroll, and the host even handed us her list of recommendations, which were exceptional! The bathroom was clean and the balcony was a lovely spot to sit and watch the sunset while eating take‑away. It was a bit tricky to get in because the building has a coded door and the directions to our front door were confusing; we couldn’t access Wi‑Fi or data initially. The host sent pictures and very clear instructions for finding the place.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Room 5 had a window that faced the stairwell inside, so it was a bit noisy. At night, when someone entered the building, you could hear the footsteps.
