“Easy base in Chengdu — metro at Exit H1 downstairs, two stops to Taikoo Li, and close enough to walk to the Jiuyanqiao b”
We came with my partner for a long weekend. Exit H1 of Niuwangmiao station is basically at the front door, making getting around painless — two stops and you’re at Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li. We also walked to the Jiuyanqiao bar street one night, about fifteen minutes along the river. The room was clean and quiet, and the staff were friendly without hovering over us. The only real gripe is the pillows — a bit flat for my taste. The gym is on the small side too, though it was never crowded when we used it
