Focal Local Bed & Breakfast

I can’t remember how many times I went down to this hotel; the value for money is unbeatable, the breakfast is delicious, and the night market, the avenue leading to Sena Fest and Iconsiam lined with various restaurants, the metro, and the Chao Phraya riverfront are all within walking distance, so I recommend it.

“Charming and welcoming.”

The hotel looked great overall, with a 60s‑style room that functioned perfectly. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered both Thai and European dishes. They also provided a free Tuk Tuk to the nearby station. The only downside was that the property sits on a narrow lane where cars come quite close.

The location was nice, the bed was wonderful, and the breakfast was good; the small‑scale setup made it feel very personal. Nothing else to add.

“A great stay”

The bed and breakfast was very comfortable, the room was a good size with a fridge, TV, and air conditioning. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was plentiful. The location was away from the busy main street but close to many food options. Definitely recommend.
