Hidden Springs Bed and Breakfast

“Hostess was very attentive to my wife’s dietary requests. Room was very comfortable.”

Walking distance to downtown, and the hostess made gluten‑free breakfast for my wife—delicious! Parking was limited when all rooms were booked.

Convenient to town, and the manager Amber was super friendly and helpful. I could use the kitchen facilities and there were plenty of towels and amenities. The A/C window unit was right next to the bed and made a lot of noise. Because the property is historic, the room next to the main house felt a bit small and had a musty smell. Getting in and out of the Jacuzzi tub was a bit tricky.

“Understandably “old,” but just not a good value at all.”

The hostess was very friendly and the bed was a delight, but the place suffered from a lot of cosmetic wear and some potentially hazardous features like a stair bannister and an uneven porch floor. Breakfast was decent but very limited, and the tiny breakfast room forced me to eat on the deck where it was quite warm; overall, it wasn't a great value.

It was a cute little spot to stay, and the staff were helpful and polite, but it wasn't as close to downtown as I had hoped.
