The place is spotless and has everything you could ask for, from a 24‑hour bar to snacks. Breakfast was great, the room felt huge, and overall it was super clean. The only gripe was that the pillows were a bit small and the shower pressure could use a boost.

“The wonderful staff made our stay special”

The staff were fantastic, especially Sarah, Amz, and the two ladies who greeted us. Even though the computer systems crashed and everyone was scrambling, they managed to swap our room quickly the next day. Sarah stayed friendly and helpful throughout. The bed was too firm for us, making sleep a challenge, and the sliding door that should open into the bathroom or wardrobe was oddly stiff—so awkward when the bathroom door was open with a mirror opposite.
