The location is good, yet it’s very noisy and the bathroom isn’t full.

The location was good and the staff were very friendly, yet the bed was very uncomfortable and the room smelled like mold; I stayed for a week, lost my voice—possibly because of the moldy walls—and the walls had big stains.

The spot is great for partying, right in the middle of Hongdae, but if you need quiet, avoid staying here because loud music and noise keep going until 8‑9 am; we booked the guest house to catch the Seoul Fireworks Festival and the location was perfect for that, and the manager/owner was very friendly and helpful; however, the room we booked was not 13 m² as listed—probably around 8 m²—making it too small for two people with two suitcases; the private bathroom was okay for one night but oddly lacked a toilet, forcing us to use public toilets on the floor, and there was a strong sewage smell in the morning that couldn’t be ignored.
