Rooms feature air‑conditioning, minibars, custom plush mattresses, and spacious bathrooms with bath or shower. On‑site bar Jorongo provides live mariachi. Steps from the Stock Exchange, U.S. Embassy, and a 10‑minute drive to the Historic Centre.

The staff’s service was unbeatable. There was no direct access from the room we were in to the Sheraton Club.

We got a level‑of‑service that matched what the hotel’s reputation promised, the price was fair, and the location was spot on – we’ll definitely come back. The beds were a treat. The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer. A day before leaving, the AC drainage system broke and the carpet around it got soaked; they offered a room change right away, but since we were leaving the next day we didn’t feel the need to switch.
