It’s the best hotel you can find for the price‑quality ratio. I’ve stayed in many cheap hotels around Houston, and this is the only one where I didn’t see any cockroaches. The facilities show some wear from use, but everything is very clean. It’s a solid 10 if you’re looking for an affordable, tidy place to spend the night in a good location.
They’re always there when I need an extra night, and there’s nothing to complain about.

The front desk clerk was professional and patient, but the entire hotel reeked of cigarette smoke—every hallway and even our room had that odor. Ironically, there are numerous no‑smoking signs plastered all over the building, yet management seems to ignore them.
