I loved how kindly they treated us; the facilities are incredible and the scent is unique to this hotel. I’m truly impressed by their friendliness, charisma, smiles, and obviously the amenities. Everything was great!

Conrad impressed me in every way. The staff were professional and helpful, and the breakfast offered a wide range of delicious dishes. My room was spotlessly clean. I’ll definitely book again and suggest it to friends. Plus, the hotel is just a 5‑to‑10 minute walk from several nice malls. The only thing I’d nitpick is that the staff could use a bit more English, as we don’t speak much Mandarin. :)

The room was great. However, ordering through the WeChat QR code system was too complicated, and the minibar was limited. The Nespresso machine also didn’t work properly.

The bar is small and gets noisy when live music plays, and the outdoor seating doesn’t meet the standards of a high‑class hotel.
