“The stay was very good”

The staff were extremely well behaved, yet the food variety was narrow. The aloo paratha was excellent, as was the drinking water. The chapatis and puttu fell short of standards and need improvement.

“Nothing else”

Room service was unavailable, there was no hot water, the bathroom door was faulty, and the lighting system was very poor. The hotel does not match the 4‑star rating it claims; it falls short even of a 2‑star standard. The only redeeming factor was its location.

I didn’t feel it was a 3‑star hotel; it was just an average place with clean rooms. Employees need better training to raise the standards to a star‑rated hotel.

Nice location, very good restaurant and executive bar attached. Very cordial staff especially Arun who is in the front office, Gopinath in the restaurant and Geroge in the bar and room service we cant forget. They are the asset to the property. Inform very clearly in the front office how to deal with visitors. Since the staff are over polite chances are that they will sent your visitors directly to your room. So clear instructions to be given in the front office
