I was thoroughly impressed with the hospitality of the staff at this hotel, who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The hotel's location near the Wat Chedi Luang temple in the old town was also a major plus. However, I was a bit disappointed with the size of the room, which was smaller than I had expected. The bathroom sink was particularly tiny and not very practical for washing my face.

“My (bad) experience in Chala No.2 Hotel”

I recently stayed at this hotel from February 4th to 9th, and while it had some redeeming qualities, it fell short in many areas. The hotel's location was convenient, and the lobby and staircase design were quite nice. However, the room itself was spacious, but the window was not secure, and the wooden logs under the roof were rotten. The warm water flow was weak and unpredictable, and the shower tap dripped noisily.

“Fajny hotelik z mega klimatem i personelem”

I was delighted with my stay at this hotel, which offered a perfect blend of location, comfort, and style. The hotel's reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the room was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. I appreciated the convenience of having water available right outside the entrance. However, I would have liked a larger bathroom, particularly the sink, which was a bit too small for my liking.

“Ankommen in Chiang Mai 💕”

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel, which is beautifully decorated and has a cozy entrance area where you can leave your shoes behind and feel right at home. The complimentary water and bananas were a lovely touch, and we thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast at the nearby Challa No. 6, where we could create our own breakfast menu each day. While the bathroom sink was a bit small, we managed to find enough storage space for our belongings and it didn't bother us at all.

I had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel, thanks to the exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel's location was excellent, and the staff even moved all my bags for me. However, the stairs leading to my unit on the 5th floor were a bit of a challenge, but I knew what to expect from a boutique hotel.
