Cleanliness, care, and staff who are very attentive and helpful—thanks to them—though the location could have been a bit more convenient, we overlooked that because of the cleanliness and attention.

Cleanliness and the courteous treatment from the staff.

The place is clean and quiet, with nearby restaurants and supermarkets, and the staff are very polite; there are shuttle buses running on a fixed schedule, but it’s far from the Haram, so the bus takes 10 minutes.

Quiet, spotless, and the shuttle service is great, but there was no hot water and the shower was cold—fine for two days, but a longer stay would have made that a problem.
