Having staff at the front desk 24 hours a day was a plus. Hygiene was a major issue: the bathtub clogged quickly, cleaning was spotty, the indoor air was bad, so I had to buy a room spray on the spot.

The front desk was friendly. I borrowed a phone charger for the room, but it didn’t work well, so I’ll bring my own next time. Overall, it felt very comfortable and reassuring.

The location was superb, the staff were friendly and helpful, housekeeping was efficient, the air conditioning worked well, and there was plenty of hot water with good pressure. The only downside was the lack of a dresser for storing clothes during longer stays, and the towels could have been better quality.
