“Not met my expectations”
The breakfast staff were rude and unhelpful with questions; the place was secluded, had no microwave or small fridge, and overall felt unpleasant and creepy.

The room was dirty, towels were filthy, and there were roaches.

The property was dirty and the room they sent me to was even worse; I didn’t stay there because it was disgusting, and there were many solicitors.

The pool was the only highlight; the room wasn’t fully clean, the toilet still had feces, the sink was dirty, and the room smelled like a wet rag—I ended up cleaning it myself because they didn’t do a proper job.

Nothing positive; the door was open, there were no sheets, the rest had stains, and the rest was shut.
