An absolutely magnificent place! The hotel’s location is wonderful, offering a stunning view of the valley. The highlight of the hotel is the staff—they are incredibly attentive and caring, ready to help with any issue or situation. A special shout-out to the restaurant team. The hotel features lovely, spacious rooms. The real standout, however, is the dinner service—it is on par with a Michelin-starred restaurant. All in all, our stay was like a fairytale. We will definitely be back. Nothing

One of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever been to! Everything here is outstanding: rooms, service, staff friendliness, food, surroundings, and even the wellness area and gym! We’ll definitely come back. Nothing negative.
The hotel is gorgeous and close to the lifts. The wellness area is lovely, though a bit small. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness is impeccable. The only downside is the kitchen; dinner dishes were overly “elaborate” with bold flavor pairings that ultimately weren’t enjoyable. I would suggest a simpler, more traditional menu.
The bedding isn’t cotton. Towels were broken, left on the floor, and not changed. Glasses and mugs in the room were dirty and smelled bad. The pool area had no comments.
