The room and shower were fairly clean, but the toilet was dirty and shared between men and women (which is nonsense!), with urinals located at the exit of the stalls.

The place was clean and tidy, and the price was good, but the friendliness of some staff members was lacking.

Clean rooms and easy taxi booking, plus the hotel’s proximity to the moat attractions made the stay pleasant, though the shower is shared by all guests.

“Terrible experience”

Nothing. The staff were neutral and location was neutral. Very dirty premises, absolutely uncomfortable bed, dirty room and toilet. I took a private room with a private toilet. Beside the entrace of my room is a common toilet literally and the washbasin after using the toilet. So I opened the door of my room to hear people taking a load in the toilet literally. Even the smell came into the room. The room is not sound proof at all. So you hear people using the toilet and washing hands outside my door. Even the toilet in the room was absolutely dirty and the room was filled with hairs from the previous travellers. Furthermore the Wifi didn't even reach the room, so if you needed to use the wifi you have to sit in the reception waiting space
